 About the facility 


MHDAS provides integrated and recovery orientated mental health, drugs and alcohol assessment, treatment and community support to people of all ages within the Barwon region experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, mental health and / or drug and alcohol issues, and their families.


Our service is internationally recognised for its innovative clinical programs and integrated models of practice that are consumer centred, accessible and family inclusive. We are fortunate to enjoy excellent internal relationships and have developed excellent partnerships with the local community that provide for seamless integrated care for our consumers and their families.


About the role


The Manager Psychosocial Programs primary objectives are to provide leadership, management, financial accountability and vision for MHDAS Psychosocial Programs and partnerships including:


Developing and maintaining strong and sustainable collaborative relationships and clinical oversight between MHDAS and relevant internal and external stakeholders


Effectively leading the daily operational governance of the relevant programs


Monitoring data recording in relation to the psychosocial programs to ensure appropriate and efficient use of the psychosocial resources across MHDAS
