You will be the go-to person and subject matter expert for all things related to social procurement, and you will be responsible for ensuring that MRPV initiatives are met within the timeframe, are commercially sound and according to industry best practice.

You are an advocate for change, social impact and equality, and have strong values that influence your decision making on a daily basis. You will have previously worked in a similar role and have working knowledge of Victoria's Social Procurement Framework. Your ability to plan and deliver initiatives including project management and strong communication skills will be essential in this role.
You are able to build relationships with people on all levels and from all backgrounds – whether it's senior management or external construction contractors. You love taking a collaborative approach to things and gathering feedback to inform your decision making.
