About the role
The South West Centre Against Sexual Assault (SWCASA) is a multidisciplinary specialist team, funded by the Department of Families, Fairness & Housing (DFFH) to deliver sexual assault and family violence services across the South West Victoria local government areas of Warrnambool City, the Shires of Moyne and Corangamite, and the southern section of the Glenelg Shire. SWCASA operates as an auspiced department of South West Healthcare (SWH) within the Primary and Community Services Directorate.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to lead and manage the service on a permanent ongoing basis.This permanent full time (80 hours per fortnight) position has monthly Accrued Days Off and 5 weeks Annual Leave. You will report directly to the Executive Director Primary and Community Services and directly manage the SWCASA team which includes Counsellor/Advocates and Administrative Support Officers.
