Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across 3 campuses in the northeast of Melbourne and state-wide. Austin Health is world-renowned for its research and specialist work in cancer, liver transplantation, spinal cord injuries, neurology, endocrinology, mental health and rehabilitation. An exciting opportunity currently exists for enthusiastic and highly capable Grade 1 or 2 Medical Imaging Technologists to join our Radiology Department in a full-time ongoing capacity. Applications also welcome from part-time candidates. MRI skills preferred but not essential. Classification and remuneration will be dependent on preferred candidate's level of experience, skill and expertise as per award. The Radiology Department operates at both the Austin and the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospitals and provides a full range of diagnostic and interventional radiology services to the patients of Austin Health and the surrounding community. Imaging for inpatients, Emergency Department patients, MRI and all interventional cases is performed at the Austin Hospital. The Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital deals almost entirely with outpatients. Please see the position descriptions for further details. Work with us!
