The Monash Health Neurophysiology Scientist team is one of the largest Victorian public healthcare teams of its kind.  This team provides neurophysiological diagnostic clinical services across acute hospital settings to adult and paediatric patients. 


About the Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ongoing, part time (53.2 hours per fortnight) Grade 2 Neurophysiology Scientist to join the Monash Health Neurophysiology Scientist team from July 2022. The team works with our Neurologists to provide a comprehensive neurophysiology service to the whole of Monash Health.


The successful applicant will be involved in conducting EEGs, evoked potentials, and assisting with nerve conduction studies and autonomic function testing. If you have experience in this area and are keen to work within this supportive and friendly team to further expand on your skills then this is an opportunity not to be missed. You will receive on the job training and ongoing professional supervision to enhance your development.

New or experienced Grade 2 Neurophysiology Scientist.


What you need:



  • Bachelor of Science, Applied Science or Biomedical Science, preferably with Physiology, Neuroscience or Psychophysiology studies.

  • Experience in conducting EEGs, evoked potentials, and assisting with nerve conduction studies and autonomic function testing.

  • Current Drivers Licence and Vehicle Registration
