We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be Doing The Operations Assistant works within a multidisciplinary team and provides secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Director/DON, Director of Emergency Services, Quality Manager, Patient Services Managers, Nurse Unit Managers and is the Volunteer Coordinator at Rosebud Hospital. This is a critical position that enables effective communication across all departments as well as broader Peninsula Health personnel.The Operations Assistant ensures effective functioning of operations through all aspects of the office and through the provision of efficient administrative systems. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for data entry, collation and analysis. Additionally, the incumbent will have strong data manipulation and reporting skills and proficiency in Excel is required.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:• Experience as an administration assistant• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Microsoft teams• Excellent Minute Taking skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including professional telephone manner.• Secretarial experience.
