About the role:  

As the Organisational Development Advisor, you will develop, implement and monitor a range of programs that promote and support good culture and performance at Parks Victoria. This scope of work falls within the remit of the broader People and Culture Strategy. You will work closely with the rest of the OD team, P&C advisors, recruitment and the OD and Performance Manager in the creation and development of early interventions that build leadership, diversity, wellbeing, culture and a learning mindset at Parks Victoria.

You will provide subject matter expertise and flexible responses to a range of required people interventions and strategies. You will partner with PV managers, the OD&P team and the rest of People and culture to advise, design and administered OD solutions. You will be responsible for coaching embedding strategies to ensure sustainable changes take place. You will update and monitor relevant policies, procedures and support material to ensure they are up-to-date, contemporary and meet Parks Victoria's legislative obligations.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive understanding or experience in the development and delivery of people centred HR/OD interventions.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop others.
  • Experience in provision of expert advice and support.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify workforce needs and develop and adapt programs or projects to meet needs.
