We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be DoingThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive and professional Paediatric team. The Paediatric HMO works in an inpatient environment within Children’s ward, SCN, WHU and ED as well as attending deliveries and theatre when required. The HMO also works across a wide variety of clinics. The HMO’S roster is a 7-day rotating roster across all shifts, including, Night duty and weekends. Under the direction and supervision of a Registrar or Consultant, the HMO reviews medical, developmental, and behavioural needs of patients and provides appropriate care and services to secure optimum health outcomes.The HMO is included in the Paediatric Unit extensive teaching program and also has a role in teaching and supporting Medical Students.This position is suitable for those looking to complete as part of GP training or to springboard into their paediatric training.
