About the Role
This is a Permanent Part Time position at 60.8 hours per fortnight within the Quality Department. You will be responsible for leading the identification, triage and review of feedbcak from RCH patients and families. You will play an essential role in supporting and connecting patient experience principles through our clinical divisions including; leadership in responding to concerns, ensuring contemporary review practices and embedding learnings from feedback to ensure RCH continuously improves the care of our patients and families.
Classification for this position will range from AO71 – AO75, Grade 7 Level 1 to Grade 7 Level 5 (FTE base salary $111,103 to $121,274 per annum, plus superannuation).

About the Department
The RCH Quality team is dynamic and collaborative, supporting patient safety, patient experience and clinical excellence systems and processes across the health service. The Quality Department supports clinical governance processes, coordinates accreditation against the National Safety and Quality Health Service standards and provides expert advice to staff on matters relating to patient safety and patient experience.
