What You Will Be Doing We are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Patient Services Assistants to join our Night Shift Ward Support Team.We are currently accepting expressions of interest from suitably qualified PSA's to join our existing Night Shift Ward Support Team. The position on offer is night shift 22:45/06:45 with a rotating roster across seven days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesYour main duties will be to:• Support Code response calls to safely and effectively manage aggression across the hospital• Provide safe and timely patient and non-patient transport throughout the hospital• Transfer of deceased patients to the mortuary• Actively support to improve others by providing coaching and feedback• Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe environment• Operate a task management tool to perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner• Ensure a high level of customer service at all timesWhat You NeedThese roles require you to have:• Certificate III in Patient Services Assistance or Certificate III in Health Service Assistance• AMT Training• Ability to work as an effective member of a team• Working with Children check• RiSCE Training• Ability to meet inherent requirements of the role• Sound computer literacy skills• Demonstrates excellent customer service• Good written and communication skillsWhat NextApply Now!If you experience any issues signing in or registering, please feel welcome to contact us - the People Experience Team on (03) 9784 2700.
