The People & Culture Business Partnering team is redefining how we provide service to Eastern Health and is currently looking for talented Business Partners who have a passion for Healthcare. Reporting to the Director of Business Partnering, you will serve as an internal consultant to management on people and culture-related issues acting as an employee champion and change agent.   In this highly autonomous role, you will form strong relationships with your client groups and embed yourself within their teams, providing high quality advice, coaching and support. Joining Eastern Health, you will be part of an organization that provides the largest range of public healthcare services for the communities of Melbourne’s east and outer-east.  Eastern Health operates from many different locations, our largest sites include; Angliss Hospital, Box Hill Hospital, Healesville and District Hospital, Maroondah Hospital, Peter James Centre, Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Centre, Wantirna Health, Yarra Ranges Health, Yarra Valley Community Health.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or other related discipline

  • Ability to consult and collaborate with others and work as an effective member of a team

  • Proven track record in providing Human Resource and Employee Relations advice in a complex organisation 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partnering position or similar
