We are looking for 3 x People Partners who are passionate about influencing and impacting our leaders, enabling a culture where all employees can enjoy their work; and utilising progressive and innovative HR practices to drive a customer centric and high performing culture.

How you will make a difference
Strategic HR is becoming even more integral to organisational success in the Covid rich environment. To enable us to continue to provide superior HR services to our stakeholders, we need to grow our high performing team.

You will deliver a range of HR services including talent acquisition, employment relations, workforce planning, change management, HR projects, policies and systems, employee experience and diversity.

As a People Partner, you will also act as a change agent by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and developing solutions that are aligned with the overall organisation strategy.

Skills that set you apart
You will be approachable, authentic, and solutions focused, with excellent communication skills and an ability to influence and form meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. You will have demonstrated HR experience and knowledge of contemporary and progressive HR practices. We are looking for three unique people with;

  • Tertiary Qualifications in HR or related discipline with operational HR business partnering experience

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to consult at all levels - highly service orientated
  • Flexible and self-directed and a collaborative small team member
  • Resilient & detailed focus

This is a true generalist role, however we believe in strengths-based approach to the work that we do. If you have a specialist skillset in employee relations or talent acquisition, we want to hear from you!

Why join us?
