Monash Health General Medicine Service are currently looking for a new Personal Assistant to join our team



  • General Medicine Service – Clayton and Casey Hospitals

  • Play an key role in the supporting the efficient management of our Clayton and Casey services

About General Medicine Services at Monash Health


General Medicine provides an acute general medicine service for Monash Health across its three acute care campuses. General Medicine is the largest single medical inpatient activity at Monash Health with approximately 18,000 inpatient episodes per year.


About The Role


This is a full-time ongoing role Monday to Friday, various campuses.


About You


You work well in a team and are able to organise and communicate information from a range of sources back to the team and the department in a comprehensive and timely manner. You work collaboratively and promote a culture of optimism, encouragement, learning and creativity.


What You Need:



  • At least three years general administration &/or secretarial experience, preferably in a hospital setting

  • Ideally a Certificate or Diploma in related discipline
