About the role

Our Mental Health Program is a leader in care delivery, improvement, research and education. We are the main provider of whole-of-life mental health treatment and support to people living in Melbourne’s eastern region, including community-based services, inpatient, and in-reach support.

Following significant investment across the whole of the mental health sector precipitated by the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health Services, the Mental Health Program is undergoing a major transformation, developing new models of care and expanding the way we work to better support our community. As part of our transformation, we are seeking a suitably qualified Personal Assistant to support our growing team.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Extensive senior administrative support role experience in a health services or similar environment


• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated high degree of professionalism


• Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to shift between various tasks throughout the day


• Demonstrated experience in the provision of support related to meeting preparation, development and maintenance of office support processes and systems, report writing and event management


• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications including Office, Outlook, Excel, Visio, power point and new communication technologies (i.e. teleconferencing, WebEx)


• Results focused with demonstrated capacity to manage self and others in order to meet deadlines


• Demonstrated behaviour that fosters and promotes team work and,


• Willingness to move and work across sites
