About the Role
Internally known as a Personal Financial Consultant, we have 2 opportunities to be part of our Professional Services - Property Services team and showcase your exceptional multi-tasking and prioritisation skills combined with the ability to problem solve and make property related decisions on behalf of our clients.


  • Relevant administration experience
  • Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports and recommendations
  • Well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Understanding and experience dealing with clients with a disability
  • Competent financial literacy
  • Basic computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft Office

Business administration experience preferably within the property, financial, legal or disability sectors will help you secure this role.

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant experience in case management, managing properties, including property sales, purchases, and lease arrangements
  • Ability to work to set timeframes and deliver required outcomes
  • Excellent time management, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports & recommendations
  • Ability to build and maintains strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
