About the Role and You
We are currently seeking highly motivated Physiotherapists to join our Integrated Community Health Team. The ideal candidates are dynamic, innovative and flexible Physiotherapists, treating clients with a variety of conditions in individual or group settings.
You will be part of a large, supportive multidisciplinary team which provides holistic and client centred care for the clients of Monash Health Community, based at our Cranbourne and Dandenong sites. Individual assessments, reviews and care plans are core tasks. Participation in supervision and continuous quality improvement activities are ongoing components of the program. Both full and part time positions are available.
You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess strong organisational, delegation and communication skills.
