About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and enthusiastic Podiatrist to join the Eastern Health Podiatry team.  This position is responsible for the provision of podiatry services to inpatients and outpatients with a focus on managing the high risk foot. The successful applicant will be experienced in conducting clinical assessments and have demonstrated the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

The position offers:

About you 

To be successful in this role you should possess:

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia

  • Eligibility for membership of Australian Podiatry Association

  • Demonstrated high level communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated high level clinical skills

  • Demonstrated capacity to work and show leadership in a multidisciplinary team

  • Demonstrated experience in supervision of students

  • Demonstrated ability to introduce innovative practice and develop quality improvement activities

  • Commitment to improving own practice and undertaking quality and research activities

  • Hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence

  • Willingness to work across all Eastern Health Sites
