An exciting opportunity exists for a Principal Project Manager on an ongoing basis to deliver Australia's largest ever urban renewal project.
THE ROLE
The Principal Project Manager, Business Services, Housing Development Branch is responsible for ensuring effective coordination of unit corporate accountabilities, planning, and staff engagement. You will lead a small team and operate in a complex and dynamic environment, requiring capacity to exercise sound judgement, liaise effectively with senior executives and build relationships with key people across the department and relevant stakeholders for Homes Victoria. The position plays a key leadership role and supports the delivery of outputs for Director, Large Scale Partnerships, and the Housing Development Branch. The position operates with a high-level of professionalism, autonomy, initiative and collaboration.
