    About the Role

    As a member of CFAs ICT team the Project Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Business Solutions and/or Solutions Managers.

    The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in achieving project objectives at CFA. Your responsibilities include supporting project delivery, tracking progress, and keeping management and stakeholders informed. With your proven coordination abilities, you will assist the team in executing, assessing, and refining project tasks. You will work with the project teams to ensure that project goals are met on time, within budget, and meet expected standards while adhering to regulatory requirements.

    Key responsibilities of the role will include the following.

    • Plan, develop, and coordinate project implementation for successful outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with guidelines and monitor project progress.
    • Prepare regular status reports to senior management.
    • Manage document control for plans, budgets and risks.
    • Administer project budgets and maintain financial records.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
    • Facilitation of meetings
    • Support the portfolio, program, and project managers in planning activities
    • Organise and participate in project-level resource management engagements
    • Proficient in the administration of Smartsheets to create project and portfolio dashboards

    Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

    • A degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in project administration and project coordination also an understanding of project management methodologies.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a member of a team.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet tight work demands.
    • Ability to build working relationships and liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders
