Project Officer Turning Point Specialist Clinical Services

About the role


Turning Point is seeking a project officer to assist with administration and project support. The role will complete reporting, invoicing and other tasks as required.


About you 


To be successful in this role you will possess:




  • Essential



    • Relevant experience in related health, research or education organisation

    • Strong report-writing and analytical skills

    • Advanced computer skills with competence in the use of Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel and Outlook and ability to use web-based platforms

    • An enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team

    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines

    • Demonstrated project support experience, consistently delivered in a person-centred environment which promotes positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    • Proven experience in developing good administrative systems and processes

    • Must hold a current Victorian motor vehicle license.


    Desirable



    • Relevant tertiary qualifications

    • Knowledge of contemporary treatment interventions in gambling and/or alcohol and other drugs

    • Experience in organising stakeholder meeting and events and minute taking

    • Experience working with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds Ability to liaise with stakeholders
