The Project Officer - Stakeholders, Communications, Implementation and Training is part of a dynamic and responsive team that is driving an integrated implementation of the Victorian Government's Child Information Sharing Reforms. To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, and project management experience in preparing a range of project and contract documentation and briefings.

Project Officer - Full Time - Fixed Term until 30 June 2021

Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a team, connecting across government to develop innovative training and supporting implementation of reforms to promote the wellbeing and safety of children across Victoria?

The Project Officer provides project management and secretariat support services for the implementation of the Victorian Government's Child Information Sharing Reforms. To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, and project management experience in preparing a range of project and contract documentation and briefings.

 Key areas of focus are:

• Supporting/delivering a project management framework
• Preparing regular project reporting documentation and communications
• Keeping accurate records of key decisions/advice and project tracking
• Stakeholder management, planning and coordination
• Project support including scheduling of meetings and preparation of written communications including emails, briefings, presentations and reports

The position will also work collaboratively with teams in the Victorian Child Information Sharing Division and the broader Department to ensure work is aligned and to create a positive and productive work culture.
