- Providing administrative support including diary management, preparing documents and reports, taking meeting minutes, managing invoices and other general tasks as required.
- Managing and maintaining local records and document management databases and assist team members with electronic records management.
- Organising and scheduling meetings, briefings and presentations for internal and external stakeholders when required, including issuing invitations, preparing materials and other general tasks as required.
- Preparing, contributing and / or coordinating a variety of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Collaborating and actively participating with teams and individuals to ensure consistent practices are maintained, opportunities are sought out to deliver a higher standard of service and administrative support whereby improvements and efficiencies are implemented across all facets of the role.
- Assisting the team with managing financial and business support services including sourcing quotes, processing invoices, and managing procurement documentation.

About You
Current study in or relevant qualification in Business (e.g., Project Management) is desirable.
This opportunity is 3 year-year fixed-term.
