An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Grade 2 / Grade 3 Clinical Psychologist to join our Health Independence Program (HIP) in a causal capacity.


The Grade 2 / Grade 3 Clinical Psychologist (casual) will work as required as a member of the multidisciplinary team to provide client-centred, evidence-based assessment and treatment for community-dwelling clients experiencing chronic and complex health conditions. The Grade 2 / Grade 3 Clinical Psychologist will work across multiple services within HIP.


By demonstrating clinical, organizational, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, the Grade 2 / Grade 3 Clinical Psychologist will facilitate the delivery of a high quality, responsive service which is patient centred and goal focused in order to achieve evidence based best practice and optimise health outcomes for patients and the community.


An appropriate post graduate degree in Clinical Psychology, general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist are essential. For Grade 3 applicants, we are seeking a minimum 5 years experience working as a Clinical Psychologist and AHPRA approved supervisor status.
