The Position:

Reporting to the Director of Quality and Education, this role will work to ensure the provision of safe, effective person-centred care at BRHS, providing support for accreditation readiness and compliance and also encouraging and adopting ‘a beyond compliance' culture to support continuous improvement and innovation. This will be supported by addressing feedback received from consumers and other stakeholders, the use of audits, data collection and reporting.

What you need:

  • Minimum 5 years clinical Health professional experience
  • Well-developed understanding of and experience in methodology required to continuously  improve the patient experience
  • A good knowledge of healthcare systems and processes
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, volunteers, staff and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent consumer service skills with a professional, person-centred manner and proven capacity to consider activities, decisions and outcomes from the perspective of the consumer or end-user.
  • Experience in planning and implementing preparation for Accreditation
