This is a Fixed Term Position - 2 years

This outstanding opportunity provides technically focused expertise and specialist advice relating to records management systems, tools and processes and supports the delivery of records management projects and initiatives to the Branch and key Stakeholders.

osition Outcomes / Accountabilities

  • Provide sound technical and subject matter expertise, shared knowledge and contributes to the uplift of records management systems and tools (including M365, SharePoint and Content Manager).
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including service providers and IT staff.
  • Provide high-level support and contributes to issue resolution relating to records management systems and tools.
  • Apply knowledge, skills, and insights to influence clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Undertake detailed monitoring and reporting of systems performance of the Department’s records management system (Content Manager), including system maintenance and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain currency of their knowledge and skills of the organisation, information systems and records management tools.
  • Plan and delivers small to medium scale projects on an ad hoc basis, monitoring the progress of tasks, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Promote and supports safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations.

  • Communication: Tailors communications according to audience and/or audience preference.

Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory

  • Records management experience.

Desirable

  • Experience working with and supporting Content Manager, SharePoint and Records365.

Please note: This position is based at Ringwood but may be required to undertake work at Melbourne CBD and different DTP offices, including regional offices.
