The Position

Title:  Recruitment Assistant

Department:  Human Resources

Status: Permanent, Full time
(4 days per week may be considered and gap year student welcome to apply)

The Human Resources team is currently made up of 4 passionate professionals who are innovative, dedicated and enjoy a good laugh every day. The Recruitment Assistant would support the team to deliver A+ service by;

  • Preparing and posting job adverts
  • Coordinating hiring activities such as scheduling interviews
  • Assisting with the coordination of onboarding new employees
  • Triaging incoming phone calls, emails and walk in queries
  • General administration tasks
  • Take part in exciting growth projects that HR deliver across the organisation

Our team caters for 1,000+ employees and we recruited to over 250 positions in 2023. We require someone who:

  • Demonstrates an exceptionally high level of confidentiality
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise multiple tasks each day
  • High-level self-awareness and established ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork
  • Can build and maintain positive relationships with managers and employees
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites and Outlook. Canva and Survey Monkey – a huge plus!

Whilst formal qualifications are desirable, our team is focused on finding the right person with the right skills and can provide on the job training to upskill the successful applicant if needed.

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19 x3..
