About the role:  

As the Regional Coordinator (Interpretation, Information and Education), you will be responsible for ensuring all visitor information, interpretation and education programs and projects in the region are delivered to best-practice standards. You will provide guidance and advice to regional staff and manage quality assurance for the development and delivery of printed and online park information for visitors and education and interpretation projects and programs. You will coordinate the development and delivery of regional visitor information projects and materials, including online updates, signage, visitor guides and other printed materials. This role will suit a communications or education professional, focussing on story-telling and enhancing visitor's understanding and appreciation of the natural environment.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Tertiary Diploma qualification in Communications and/or equivalent experience in a similar field is desirable
  • High level judgement experience in analytical problem solving and decision making
  • Proven experience in project management and support
  • Extensive experience in engagement and stakeholder management
