Registered Nurse - Family Healthcare Support

The Position: 


The Family Healthcare Support team provides care to children with complex medical care needs. We are looking for a registered nurse to join this team to provide care to children with complex medical care needs in their home and/to the community. This role is predominately required to work evenings and overnight


 


To be successful in the role, you will have: 



  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously as necessary

  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in performing duties

  • Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities and environment
