We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurses to provide parental leave cover within our Acute Care Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team while furthering your professional development.

 At our 22-bed facility, we specialise in supporting patients with complex surgical and medical needs. As the primary referral unit for patients transitioning from our ICU, our experienced team of Registered Nurses collaborates with various clinical services to ensure high-quality care in a compassionate and secure environment.

 Position Overview

We are offering several parental leave cover positions with flexible part-time hours available until May 2025. Applicants are encouraged to let us know their preferred working hours when applying

 Key Details:

  • Fixed-term appointments until May 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs
  • Warrnambool Campus
  • Classification: Registered Nurse Grade 2
  • Salary Range: $81,364 - $100,146 pro rata, plus superannuation and applicable penalties

What You'll Bring:

  • Current AHPRA Registration, as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 6 months of recent experience in acute medical or surgical settings.
  • Commitment to confidentiality by upholding the highest standards of professional confidentiality.
  • A strong dedication to providing the best possible care in a safe and caring environment.
  • Excellent management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
