Registered Nurse Day Procedure

    • 7 day a week service, shifts ranging from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm with future plans to run a 24 hour Unit 
    • Our Day Procedure Unit provides a service to most specialties including Orthopaedics, General, Gynae, Urology, ENT, Vascular, Endoscopy and Paediatrics 

Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Suite in the Day Procedure Unit on either a full time or part time, fixed term basis.

Our Day Procedure Unit provides a 7 Day a week service to patients across Gippsland in most specialties of Surgical Care. 

The Day Procedure Registered Nurse is responsible for the safe delivery of care throughout the patients journey as they attend the Latrobe Regional Health Operating Suite.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Recent Day Procedure or like experience
  • Experience in the post op care of most surgical patients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Flexible and Adaptable
