We are actively welcoming applications from Registered Nurses who have either recently completed or are nearing completion of a Graduate Nurse Program, to apply for our very first Advanced Clinical and Leadership Program within our Medical Nursing Division at Albury Hospital.

As our services continue to grow, we're proud to introduce professional development pathways for nurses seeking specialisation in Respiratory, Stroke, and Cardiac Nursing. Furthermore, we are committed to providing leadership development opportunities designed to align with your future career aspirations.

What’s involved?

The ACL Program will run over 18 months (3 x 6-month rotations) and will consist of the following dedicated curriculum:

  • Online learning modules & lectures
  • Tutorials, including simulation-based learning sessions.
  • Supported positions to attend FLEC.
  • Clinical support by our Education and Clinical Leadership Team.


Employment Type: Multiple Fixed Term (18 month), Part-time (32 hours per week) positions available!
