About the Role

The Registered Nurse will be a valued member of the Sub Acute Team and will be required to work within a multidisciplianary team caring for Palliative, AGEM, and rehabilitation patients. The role will require all general nursing duties, with the opportunity to participate in all aspects of a patient focused team.

Employment Type: This is a Permanent Part Time opportunity (32 hours per week).
