We are looking for applicants to join our team at SWH as a Rehabilitation Medicine Registrar working within the rehabilitation unit.
About the role
The Rehabilitation Medicine Registrar at SWH will have direct but shared responsibility for the treatment of patients at SWH. They will provide medical assessment and management as member of the multi-disciplinary team in the rehabilitation unit. The position will enable an effective and active role in the rehabilitation process and discharge planning of patients resulting in best possible outcome for the patient and their families.
This position is a fixed-term full time role with a cessation date of 1 February 2026.
What you bring
The successful applicant will hold current Registration Certificate of the Medical Practitioners Board of Australia and is able to demonstrate a commitment to providing safe, high quality patient care with a view to ongoing learning and self-development.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams are essential to the success of this position.
