    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to join CFA as a Resolution Support Partner (RSP). This is a critical role within the People Experience team where you will address complex people-related issues, fostering early intervention and effective resolution.

    The role involves the development of solutions when assessing sensitive complaints, forming preliminary views and overseeing fair investigations. You will have expertise additionally a strong commitment to customer service. You will possess the skills needed to effectively manage and resolve issues while upholding the highest standards of service offering and delivery.

    Your notable strengths required in application include emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, effective communication, empathetic listening, conflict resolution and problem-solving aptitude. Specifically, you will conduct thorough and transparent investigations, assuming the pivotal role of Case Manager.

    Your responsibilities will extend beyond formal matters to include local issues, where you'll play a hands-on role in coaching CFA members, facilitating discussions and fostering mutually agreeable solutions.

    With a comprehensive understanding of governance, you will ensure alignment with policies, legal standards and uphold the CFA's behavioural expectations. As an integral part of the People Experience team, the RSP collaborates with stakeholders, facilitates programs and tailors People Plans to cultivate a safe and inclusive environment.

    About You

    • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as HR management, industrial / employee relations or equivalent is essential.
    • Several years of Human Resources experience in a complex services organisation coupled with sound experience in an internal consulting role with sophisticated relationship management requirements.
    • Solid experience in developing effective solutions that support business requirements, HR and IR obligations and manage business risks coupled with sound experience in influencing key decision makers in the face of resistance to achieve problem resolution.
    • Experience in coaching, mentoring and supporting managers and individuals in situations involving conflict, interpersonal challenges and sensitivities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to the Region.
    • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the practical application of the suite of human resources products and practices to deliver practicable and sustainable organisational outcomes along with an openness to new ideas and innovation coupled with the desire to translate them into real business solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and purposefully to drive breakthrough performance. And experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously in the face of changing priorities and requirements.
    • Excellent communications skills (both orally and written), collaborative relationship building, conflict management skills, negotiation skills and the ability to write reports, submissions and correspondence including the ability to deliver presentations and facilitate training/workshops in people and culture related initiatives and activities.
