We are seeking applications from qualified nurses to join our dedicated Haemodialysis team that operates within the Wimmera Cancer Centre. These permanent full or part time positions are available for an immediate start and include working a rotating Monday to Saturday roster. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best practice haemodialysis care whilst demonstrating a commitment to person-centred care through exceptional communication, customer service skills and effectively working within a multi-disciplinary team. Clinical patient care related activities must be undertaken in accordance with educational preparation and level of competence to achieve and maintain the standard of patient care in line with the policies and objectives of the organisation. Key Selection Criteria include:


Essential:



  • Registered or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Commitment to continuous quality improvement, customer service and patient centred care

  • Proficiency in the use of information technology 


 


Desirable:



  • Clinical Skills relevant to haemodialysis nursing

  • Certificate qualifications
