The position of Salesforce / Java Developer forms a part of the Corporate Services / Information Services / Strategic Platforms.
The Business Systems Team within the Strategic Platforms Unit is responsible for the ongoing operation and customisation of the Salesforce-based departmental customer relationship management (CRM) and grants system, and other Salesforce applications.
The Salesforce / Java Developer will deliver enhancements in an Agile environment across the department's multiple Salesforce instances. The Salesforce / Java Developer is responsible for Salesforce technical development and solution design, integrations with other platforms, delivery and release management. The role provides strategy recommendations for Salesforce development, including technology approaches, security, apps and third-party tools that deliver best practice outcomes.
