Senior Adviser, Integrity Monitoring (VPS 5, six month fixed term)
What you'll do
As a Senior Adviser for Integrity Monitoring, you will contribute to strengthening integrity across the public sector. Your key responsibilities include developing qualitative and quantitative insights on public sector compliance with integrity obligations, identifying opportunities to improve integrity performance, developing guidance and training for an apolitical and professional workforce, and responding to integrity-related queries. You will work in close collaboration with our Integrity and Oversight Branch and report to the Manager, Integrity & Oversight

You excel in critical thinking and policy development, enabling you to explore complex issues, identify solutions, and communicate clearly. Your experience in stakeholder management will support our team's collaboration with departments and other agencies. Ideally, you hold a tertiary qualification in public policy or a related field, and have experience in an integrity-related role in the public sector.
