About the Role
Do you excel at identifying compliance challenges and enjoy providing expert advice to drive meaningful improvements across an organisation?
This newly created role, reporting to the Senior Manager Governance Services, offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery and implementation of a high-quality Compliance Framework across CFA.
As the Senior Compliance Business Partner, you will work closely with business areas to ensure they effectively identify and manage compliance obligations, playing a key role in strengthening CFA's overall compliance practices.
You will be responsible for providing advice, analysis and reports that inform the development of key organisational controls. Your insights will support decision-making at all levels, including CFA's Executive and senior management, ensuring the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the organisation's compliance efforts.

About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing compliance frameworks in a large, complex organisation. You will have a solid understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, along with the ability to provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters. Your experience in the government or emergency response sector, coupled with a deep understanding of the context in which CFA operates, will be crucial to your success in this role.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to engage and influence key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior executives. With a demonstrated ability to manage projects in high-pressure environments, you'll be adept at planning, prioritising, and delivering multiple initiatives on time and within budget.
