• Member of the North East Area Mental Health Service (NEAMHS) Case Management Team

You will form solid working-relationships within the pre-existing community teams, and foster strong therapeutic relationships with your clients. We support rehabilitation goals through the use of best evidence-based frameworks and assertive case management.

• Experience in a relevant mental health setting


• Demonstrated knowledge of recovery and collaborative clinical practice.


• A working knowledge of the Mental Health Act (2014), the Carer Recognition Act (2012), and Chief Psychiatrists Guidelines
