Take on a role in our Communications, Engagement and Legal Information team focusing on the development and delivery of effective communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to support our strategic advocacy, and promote the value of legal aid programs and services in the community.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Communications Advisor to join our Communications, Engagement and Legal Information team as part of a job-share arrangement. This role will focus on the development, implementation and evaluation of effective communications and stakeholder engagement strategies in line with Victoria Legal Aid's (VLA) strategic priorities and advocacy objectives.
You will write, edit, and distribute content for diverse channels such as websites, media releases, briefings, speeches, and social media. You will work closely with the business and other teams in Communications, Engagement and Legal Information to ensure the seamless integration of digital communications, stakeholder engagement and design to promote VLA's services and public value.
The team is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
