About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Service Operations, this role is responsible for high-level multi-modal relationship management with key stakeholders within the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry, Bus, Driving Instructor and Marine sectors. As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing complex regulatory assessments. This role requires strong written capability and attention to detail.
