Hand Therapist- Gr 2/Gr 3- OT or Physio

• Be part of the non-surgical recovery team for acquired hand conditions
• Fixed term opportunity to February 2025 (48 hours/fortnight).

• Provide excellent, evidence based and patient centred care including assessment, intervention, splint fabrication and discharge planning planning for patients
• Supervise and educate junior hand therapists, allied health assistants and allied health students
• Demonstrate excellent communication strategies with patients, relatives, staff and relevant services in order to provide appropriate services, information and leadership
• Actively lead and participate in Allied Health quality improvement initiatives and research   

• You have more than seven years’ experience as an Allied Health Professional with a collaborative working style
• You have excellent communication skills and a passion for continued professional development for yourself and others.
• You are an AHPRA registered Allied Health Professional dedicated to providing evidence-based practice
• You value working with supportive and dedicated Hand Therapists and multidisciplinary teams.
