The Senior Internal Communications Adviser is responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of internal communications activities to support the work of Homes Victoria. The purpose of this role is to support and build on the vision, values and reputation of Homes Victoria through the coordination of timely, tailored, persuasive and impactful communications to Homes Victoria staff and other internal stakeholders. 

This objective of Homes Victoria is to manage, deliver and maintain social housing across Victoria. At a time when our population continues to grow and the role of housing in creating opportunity, security, safety and economic growth has seldom been more important, this role will play a significant part in Victoria's recovery from the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis through the creation of jobs and economic activity.

Are you:

  • Experienced in a range of communication disciplines that can be applied to produce effective internal communication products, often at short notice?
  • A capable and innovative communications practitioner with a track record of collaboration, innovative and creative thinking?
  • Able to operate successfully in an environment of competing priorities, against an ongoing brief to produce high quality creative solutions in a client service culture?
  • Someone who can proactively identify and escalate communications opportunities and risks?
