About Us:

Employee and Workplace Relations is responsible for management of the Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS)'s industrial relations program, the management of employee relations issues including employee conduct, the Human Resource Business Partnerships, and administration of the internal review of actions process.
About the Role:
Under the direction of the Senior Manager and a Principal Investigator, Employee Investigations (EI), this position is responsible for conducting complex end-to-end misconduct and reportable conduct investigations, and providing expert, strategic advice in relation to misconduct and reportable conduct investigations and related matters.
