  • Lead and motivate a team of property, survey, and GIS professionals to coordinate the provision of expert advice to project teams on all land and property matters for the North East Link project including land acquisition, access, transfer and/or disposal for the project. 
  • Prepare and review high-quality internal and external documentation, briefs, and correspondence for reporting or approval by senior management relating to land and property issues including stakeholder engagement, statutory notices, and briefings for Department Secretaries and relevant Ministers. 
  • Present key issues, strategies, and risks for presentation and discussion with executive leadership and senior management relative to all land matters. Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and resolve complex project issues. 

 

This opportunity is a 12 months fixed-term.
