The Senior Manager, Bulk Entitlement Systems, leads a critically important work program to ensure a strong and responsive water entitlement system for all Victorian water users. 

With a highly motivated specialist team, the Senior Manager leads a program of work to amend and simplify the instruments for managing bulk resources in water systems and improve consistency, transparency and accountability. For 2021-22, the work program will continue to deliver on the Victorian government's commitment to realise the benefits of water efficiency projects and provide leadership on entitlements policy to support broader work across the Water and Catchments Group. 

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of water resource management and Victoria's water entitlements and allocation framework would be an advantage.

This is a fixed term position for a period of 9 months.
