Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) VIDA is responsible for delivering the largest transport and health infrastructure program in Victorian history. This includes more than 200 projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing 110 level crossings, building new hospitals and upgrades to ambulance stations, specialist health services and early parenting centres. Led by the Director-General, VIDA is comprised of the four project offices – Victorian Health Building Authority, Major Road Projects Victoria, Level Crossing Removal Project and the Metro Tunnel Project.

The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. Our diverse projects span the health, mental health and aged care portfolios across metropolitan, regional and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. Our priority is to provide innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions that will ensure our health system meets the needs of all Victorians now and into the future.

As a member of the People and Capability Team, the Senior People Partner will act as a focal and escalation point for complex people matters across their assigned client groups working alongside Executive Leaders. You will establish trusted and influential relationships, providing specialist advice and guidance to support informed decision making and guide people initiatives and navigate challenges. With a focus on early identification, intervention, and resolution, the Senior People Partner will keep abreast of employment legislation amendments impacting upon P&C operations, including providing guidance to People and Capability team members.
