A fantastic, fixed term 12 month opportunity to play an important role in the VBA’s trusted regulator program.

The Senior Process Improvement Analyst role is responsible for development and implementation of key process and policy deliverables under the Victorian Building Authority Trusted Regulator Program.

This work has a foundation in business analysis and policy. It involves collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of business, delivery of immaculate policy and process modelling/documentation, and traceability of deliverables to a complex reform portfolio.

Who we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience working within regulatory environments, and/or those requiring strict adherence to legislation, standards, and policy objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping processes and delivering complex, process-oriented initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and editing a range of policy, process, and instructional materials (preferably in a regulatory context).
  • Completion of relevant tertiary education or professional qualifications (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, BABOK accreditation, project delivery methodologies) is mandatory, however relevant experience in a related field will also be considered.
