THE ROLE

Reporting to the Manager Digital Opportunities and Priority Projects, in the Service Delivery Support Branch, the position will support the upgrade of ICCMS (CRIS/CRISSP) - the system used by operational staff in their delivery of Child Protection, Disability, Out of Home Care and Youth Justice Services. The position will also undertake test case development and user acceptance testing for the child protection digital opportunities projects.

The position is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the development of business requirements, test cases and execution of test cases using the standard tools and processes governed by the project.
