POSITION SUMMARY:

The Department's VAHI division is seeking a Senior Project Officer to join the Strategic Goals Dashboard project to support the development and rollout of the interactive reporting solutions. The program is a collaboration between VAHI, the Department of Health and Safer Care Victoria (SCV).

Key accountabilities

The Project Officer will support the delivery of VAHI's Strategic Goals Dashboard project through the provision of a range of administrative functions and tasks.

Accountabilities

• Provide secretariat and support for the development of papers for project specific committees.
• Develop project documentation, including status update reports for a broad range of target audiences (e.g., departmental officers, and executives).
• Keep accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
• Take reasonable care for own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services
